Challenge

Debbie works full time and her occupation is office based. Being mobile during the day is limited due to the demands of her computer/desk based work

Program

Debbie joined omni-fit in April 2021 at the outdoor 4 week blitz classes and also a Bodyblitz class 1 x per week.

In December 2021 Debbie took her training to a higher level and joined there 12m program

Outcome

Debbie took part in every 12m session along with continuing the outdoor blitz classes and 1 other session per week. During the 12m Debbie lost a fantastic 4.5% body fat and 28.7cm - of which 8cm from her waist.

Debbie’s fitness and strength improved and was evident in her fitness tests.

Challenge

With 2 young children it was difficult to find a fitness program that could fit in with Becky’s current lifestyle

Program

Viewing an already good level of fitness, omni-fit looked at Becky’s wider nutrition and training to understand where small but realistic changes could be made to push Becky to achieve her fitness goals whilst still having a career and looking after her children.

By making these changes and through a personal training plan with omni-fit Becky quickly started to see the results.

Becky’s lifestyle really changed, fitness and strength have improved along with a different view on food and how to compliment it with her training and still having treats!

Challenge

Michelle has 2 young children and was working. Michelle wanted to find a fitness program that would help her both with fitness, weight loss and nutrition. Michelle joined omni-fit in January 2019. In the first 12 months she made a fantastic progress. In spring 2020 due to the pandemic Michelle exercised less due to home schooling and moving house. This caused some weight gain and lack of motivation.

Program

Omni-fit looked at Michelle’s goals and offered a training plan of both live and offline access to classes (platinum membership). The flexibility allowed Michelle to make changes and see results over a short period of time.

Outcome

Michelle had a noticeable difference both physically and mentally within 4 weeks of her new training plan. .

Client emma

Challenge

Emma is a mum of 2 young children and was looking to start her fitness journey. With omni-fit in January 2021.

Program

Omni-fit discussed Emma’s goals at length and it was agreed for her to start with 121 personal training via zoom due to covid 19 restrictions. Several weeks into Emma’s plan we introduced the pre-recorded sessions to enable Emma to complete extra workouts around her family.

As omni-fit opened up the outdoor fitness classes Emma began 1 outdoor class per week on top of her other 121 and pre-recorded sessions.

Outcome

In 14 months, Emma has lost over 30 inches and almost 5 stone in weight. We are continuing along her fitness journey to reach her goal. Emma’s fitness has improved greatly from day 1 and she can not only fell the progress but also see it in her shape and clothes.

“I’ve tried every diet going over the years and nothing has really stuck or worked for me, with Amanda’s support we’ve worked together on nutrition and an exercise plan and things couldn’t be better, i feel amazing and the weight is finally coming off.

My relationship with food was never good and i used to comfort eat a lot but with Amanda’s support and guidance I’m in a really good place and still enjoy my weekly take away and treat as I’ve learnt it’s all in moderation.

To start with i had 2 personal training sessions a week and as my fitness increased, I started to do 2 online pre-recorded classes as well. Amanda worked really hard with me to teach me the proper techniques and with Amanda’s encouragement I have now built up the confidence to do the outdoor blitz class which i absolutely love and never in a million years would i thought I’d be able to do.

I can’t thank Amanda enough for all the hard work she has put in with me and I know she’s there when ever i need her. I still have a long way to go to get to where I want to be, but I know I’ll get there with omni-fit. I look forward to the journey ahead.”
